When creating and executing content strategies, clear thoughts tend to turn into heaps of spaghetti pretty soon: Abstract processes need to be boiled down to concrete tasks which in turn are delegated to people that collect content from other people … each of which already has a big enough serving of mental spaghetti in their heads.
If you want to create relevant content for your client, then first of all you and your team need to be in a good mental shape yourself. One way to achieve this is to learn making the right decisions at the right time, think relevant thoughts and thus arrive at content that just works.
In tonight’s presentation, Mathias will talk about the nature of decisions and help you make better decisions more quickly.
