Last week I learned that guinea pigs have a weird and wonderful habit: Out of sheer joy, they spontaneously leap into the air, much like foals when, uhm, horsing around. This behavior is called popcorning among guinea pig aficionados.

Now I might have had an overdose of lateral thinking in recent days – I’m re-reading this book right now – but when I read about popcorning, I remembered that focus group members are often referred to as guinea pigs as well.

So, when you think about it, what changes in your content, presentation, UX or UI or Uanything could make your guinea pigs leap into the air for no other reason than pure pleasure?
