How do you make a carpenter go crazy? Give him a dull chisel:

Great tools do not make great people; but great people become even better with the right tools. Give your teams what they need – not what you think they need – and encourage them to refine their own tools on company time. And when your craftspeople start sharing their findings with others – within the company or outside –, you know you’re on the right track.
