AI-Augmented Leadership Development
This workshop explores how current AI technologies can help transform the way leaders are trained, empowered, and supported. Participants will discover practical applications of generative artificial intelligence in leadership training, including AI-powered simulations and AI-assisted coaching.
The session will address the opportunities and challenges of integrating AI into leadership development, with a focus on maintaining human-centric values such as empathy and intercultural sensitivity. Interactive exercises and critical discussion help attendees gain insights for leveraging AI to foster more effective, humane and future-ready leaders in a global context, especially within intercultural contexts.
The workshop is presented in the Intercultural Management Group of Professor Dr. Rolf Schlunze. The presenter is Mathias Maul, Hamburg, Germany. His first job after his university degree was programming chatbots – in 2001.
